Insurance
An estimation is processed the day before your
appointment. The estimated cost for your exam
will be given to you on the day of service. Again, if
you have any questions, please contact our billing
office.
Imaging for Women accepts most insurance
policies including but not limited to: Aetna,
Ambetter, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cerner,
Cigna, Humana, Medicaid (MO Healthnet,
Healthy Blue, Home State Health, and UHC
Community), Medicare (and all Managed
Care Organizations, MCOs), Tricare, and
UnitedHealthcare). Your insurance should
also be able to locate providers under your
specific policy benefits. If you need any

Uninsured There
Are Also Options
For You.
If you are underinsured/uninsured, there are
also options for you. Please contact us for
our Special Service Program prices. Special
Service pricing amounts are due in full on
the day of service before the exam is
performed and cannot be billed to
insurance. We will match anyone's
advertised fee schedule for patients that are
utilizing our SSP program.
There are also programs that work with
patients that need assistance. Imaging for
Women works with Northland Health Care
Access, which services Clay and Platte
County residents. Please call them for
information at (816) 880-6700 or visit their
website at www.nhcakc.org. We also offer
free mammograms through special
programs at different times during the year.
